How It Works
Book a Free Consultation Call
We’ll discuss your challenges and goals, and I’ll explain my approach. You can ask questions and learn about payment options, including insurance or out-of-pocket. This call helps you decide if we’re a good fit before booking your first session.
Initial Intake Session
We’ll explore your symptoms, stressors, and goals in more detail. I’ll offer insights into the most effective therapy approaches for your needs and provide education on anxiety, OCD, or perfectionism. You’re invited to share as much as you feel comfortable—there’s no pressure to discuss anything you’re not ready to explore yet.
Treatment Sessions
We’ll create a roadmap to reach your goals, focusing on what matters most to you with my guidance and support. I recommend weekly sessions at first to build momentum and bring relief sooner, then gradually reduce frequency as you gain confidence. My goal is to help you develop lasting skills so you feel empowered to manage anxiety on your own.
Therapy is an investment in yourself—a commitment of time, energy, and resources to face life’s challenges and grow.
You bring your unique experiences and wisdom, and I bring the skills and expertise to support you in creating meaningful change. Together, we make your well-being a priority because you deserve to feel better.

Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming. My advice is to look for someone you feel comfortable with who also has a clear plan to help you improve. Many clients tell me they want more practical solutions and skills than they’ve gotten before. Therapists expect you to “interview” them—there’s no pressure or obligation to continue if it doesn’t feel like a fit.
